Convert PNG to PPT Online

Place lossless PNG exports and transparent graphics onto PowerPoint slides.

Upload the PNG files sitting on your drive, run the conversion, and receive a deck with one slide per export in the sequence you set.

If a PNG contains no lettering that clears the reading threshold, the post-run report flags that file instead of leaving you to guess.

Convert PNG to PowerPoint in a Few Clicks

Already exported your screens or charts as PNG files?

A PNG to PPT converter places those lossless exports onto slides so a directory of interface captures becomes a presentation you can walk through and edit.

High-DPI screenshots, cut-out brand marks, architecture diagrams, dashboard exports, flatbed scans and Figma frames all enter through the same upload box.

Honest Optical Recognition

Why Convert PNG to PowerPoint Without Re-Encoding?

Many web converters decode your PNG and re-save it through a lossy encoder. Ours does not.

Re-compressing a screen export introduces faint ringing artefacts around 11-point interface type, ruining the crisp edges you chose PNG to preserve. When a PNG page is kept whole here, the original buffer goes straight into the .pptx zip untouched.

Two specific cases do write a new PNG buffer: when part of a page is cropped out as an image region beside rebuilt text, and when an image carries an EXIF orientation tag that must be rotated upright. Both cases still write lossless PNG rather than JPEG.

Alpha channels pass straight through into the slide, so an icon or logotype with a transparent background sits cleanly over dark or coloured slide templates.

Real Text Reconstruction vs. Flat Picture Pasting

Converting slide images to PowerPoint lets you edit headings, update metrics, and reuse existing slide layouts without retyping every text box from scratch.

Other tools0 text boxes

Drops one flattened bitmap onto a blank slide. You still have to retype every title, bullet, and number manually.

Zero Hallucinated Text

Where text is too small, curved, or low-contrast to read safely, we keep that region as your original image instead of guessing gibberish characters.

PNG to PPTX for Different Kinds of Export

PNG is the default lossless export across design and analytics tools.

Batch Deck Pipeline

Convert One PNG File to PowerPoint, or Twenty at Once

A single retina export and a full design walkthrough use the same queue.

Each batch accepts up to 20 PNGs at 20 MB per file and 80 MB overall, leaving plenty of room for unscaled high-DPI exports.

Every PNG becomes one slide in the exact order shown in your upload list, delivered either as a single .pptx or a zip of individual decks.

Batch conversion is included in the free release with no watermark and no per-day file cap.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I convert PNG files to PowerPoint?

Pick your .png exports in the uploader, check the text-rebuilding switch, and start the job. The resulting PowerPoint presentation downloads straight to your machine with no desktop software required.

Is this PNG to PowerPoint converter free?

Yes. Every feature on this page, including twenty-file batch runs and optical character recognition, is available at no cost during the current free release.

Does PNG transparency survive in PowerPoint?

Yes. Alpha channels are preserved rather than flattened against a white fill, so cut-out icons, product shots and logos sit cleanly over whatever slide background colour you use.

Are my PNG files re-compressed during conversion?

Unrotated full-page PNGs are copied into the .pptx media folder byte for byte without passing through a re-encoder. Only cropped sub-regions and EXIF-rotated images are newly encoded, and both stay lossless PNG.

Why does my PNG look soft when projected full screen?

Blurriness on a slide almost always comes from capturing a small region on screen and stretching it to fill a widescreen slide. Export or capture the PNG at full presentation dimensions first so the file holds enough pixels.

What is the maximum file size for each PNG?

Each PNG can be up to 20 MB, with up to 20 files and 80 MB total per batch. Uncompressed retina screenshots fit comfortably without pre-shrinking.

Will the .pptx file open in Google Slides and Keynote?

Yes. Because the download is a compliant Office Open XML deck, transparent backgrounds and editable text frames work in PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides alike.

How are uploaded PNG files handled for privacy?

Processing happens inside ephemeral server memory; once the .pptx transfer completes or 10 minutes pass without a download, the PNG bytes are discarded. Nothing is archived on disk or included in telemetry.
